I graduated from New York City’s Cardozo School of Law and have represented New York Times bestselling authors, screenwriters, actors, Oscar-nominated producers, and theatrical and film production companies. I’ve a frequent speaker and lecturer across the United States and in Europe, and I’m licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts.

I’m a member of several committees of the New York Bar Association including the Literary Works & Related Rights, Music, and Digital Entertainment, Television, and Radio Committees.

I’ve worked as an actor and performer with experience that includes commercials, film, and New York theater. I’ve been a proud member of the acting unions, SAG-AFTRA and AEA for four decades.
